Project Supply Coordination Overview

We manage the supply and delivery of electrical components, automation systems, and industrial equipment in alignment with your project schedule and site readiness. Our logistics process ensures safe handling, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination with your technical team to support continuous industrial operation.

Equipment Replacement Policy


In the case of supplied equipment or components that do not meet the agreed technical specifications, the client has the right to request replacement or correction within the terms stated in the supply agreement.

To maintain this right, the equipment must be handled according to proper storage and installation guidelines. If any issue arises that is not caused by misuse or improper operation at the client’s facility, the client preserves the right to request evaluation and replacement.
Inspection and functional testing carried out to verify compatibility do not affect the eligibility for replacement as long as the equipment remains in acceptable operational and physical condition.

The equipment cannot be returned if any of the required documentation or parts is missing:

  • complete set of components and accessories;
  • delivery note or invoice confirming the supply transaction;
  • warranty certificate provided at the time of supply;
  • technical inspection report issued by the authorized service engineer.
The replacement or refund will be processed within the timeframe specified in the supply agreement and applicable regulations.
